Zack began his pupillage in September 2025 under the supervision of Kate Parker and Owain Rhys James. He will be accepting instructions across all areas of Chambers practice from March 2026.
Originally from Rhos-on-Sea in Conwy, Zack attended Ysgol Bryn Elian before undertaking an LLB in Law & Politics at Cardiff University. He studied a Master’s in International Law at Pembroke College, Cambridge, then returned to Cardiff where he completed the Bar Training Course.
During his studies, Zack worked in Public Health evaluation, collaborating extensively with stakeholders in public bodies to reassess and reinforce best practice. He takes a keen interest in planning and the environment: he has been published in the Journal of Environmental Law, and chaired a research group on environmental injustice, focusing on access to justice in cross-border disputes.
