Macie began her pupillage in January 2026 under the supervision of Owain Rhys James and Kate Parker. She will be accepting instructions across all areas of Chambers’ practice from July 2026.
Originally from Newport, Macie attended Newport High School before undertaking an LLB in Law at the University of Kent. She then completed the Bar Training Course alongside an LLM at Cardiff University, achieving a Distinction.
During her studies, Macie worked as a legal speaking coach, supporting international lawyers in developing their English-speaking to build their English advocacy skills. She takes a keen interest in Personal Injury and Police Law, the former stemming from her time volunteering at the University of Kent Law Clinic.
