Chambers is delighted to welcome the appointment of Owain Rhys James and Anthony Vines to the Welsh Government’s panel of counsel. The appointments have just been announced by The Counsel General and Minister for Delivery, Julie James MS.
Both counsel have been appointed to the Junior Counsel Panel A which is for those of more than 10 years’ call.
The Panels undertake civil work and criminal prosecution work for the Welsh Government, on instruction by either the Legal Services Department of the Welsh Government or solicitors appointed to act on behalf of the Welsh Government.
The appointments are for 5 years from 1 February 2026.
