Overview

Civitas Chambers has particular experience in matters involving contract enforcement, company and insolvency law, and proceedings under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002. Members have acted for HMRC, the Insolvency Service and Companies House, and have been instructed in significant fraud and regulatory cases, including the aftermath of the Gwent Fleet Management fraud.
