Chris is an employment law specialist. His employment practice ranges from routine unfair dismissal claims to discrimination claims on all the prohibited grounds.

His clients have included senior professionals and executives, local and national government, public and private limited companies, solicitors, schools, the NHS and police organisations.

Chris works across the UK but primarily in Wales, South West England, Midlands and across London. He is known for being approachable and is well regarded for his forensic analysis and ability to get to the heart of a matter quickly.

  • Acted for a limited company in a complex and lengthy discrimination claim brought by its former Commercial Director.
  • Represented a secondary school in a whistleblowing claim that had been issued by its former Head teacher.
  • Instructed by a multi-national fashion designer Company to defend claims for race discrimination presented by a former employee.
  • Represented two Claimants who asserted that they were dismissed from their HR roles because of their disabilities.
  • Acted for a former teacher who was dismissed because of her disability.
  • Instructed to represent a non-executive chairman during a lengthy and complex mediation process.
